Australia Post Delivery Delays (updated 6/07/21)
We continue to deliver to all Australians, and our Post Offices remain open in line with government restrictions - as we have throughout each lockdown since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
During restrictions like those currently in place across Greater Sydney & Victoria, we implement additional safety measures to protect the safety of our team. These additional restrictions, including split shifts in a COVID-safe environment and additional cleaning between shifts, may result in some delays.
We remain fully committed to continuing delivery throughout our network as safely and quickly as possible. Use our track tool to track your item and review the delivery options available to you.

DELIVERY OF GOODS
Maximum of 1x free Laundry Bag included in all fibre orders.
Goods are delivered to the delivery address within 3-7 working days, with the exception where an order may be placed on backorder. Backorders will be released where stock is made available. If no one is home to receive your delivery, you will be left with a card to notify you that your goods will be left at your local post office for collection.
ENJO or its transport agents will deliver the goods on the understanding that whoever receives the goods at the delivery address is authorized to receive the goods. ENJO and its transport agents may require a signature of the person accepting delivery as proof of delivery.
